TEMP DBSPACE

Hi we have two quries like below create temp table tmp_table_no ( sl_no serial, lang_a char(2), lang_no char(14),rec_cnt integer) with no log second one is insert into tmp_table_no (lang_a, lang_no , rec_cnt) ", select distinct language_a, lang_no, count (lang_no) from ti_lang_no groupby language_a,lang_no Notice that second one is raw table and top one in temp table. Second one has index on the three columns plus some other 5-6 columns. this table has around 130 columns all total. The issue we are facing is sometimes the second query is not giving proper result. the data amount is nearly some hundred thousand records to few hundred records in the second table. Sometimes the number of records inserted into the temp table is less than actually what it should do. can anybody have any suggestion regarding this how to track down why this is not inserting the amount of record it should. we are tracking sqlcode which is 0(no error). please let me know if there might any other reason to it, or we can use a better query to do the job. regards Deba We are
