Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

I have IDS 7.3 TC7 and an ODBC client (using CLI2.8) running on the same NT
machine.
I want IDS to authenticate the user from the NT user name, but without
specifying a password.
e.g: Connect="DSN=MyDSN;UID=NTUserName;PWD=;"
This does not work. It pops up the ODBC driver prompt window, where I have
to enter the password.
I know I can save the password using the ODBC administrator, but I don't
like it. My NT passwords change on a regular basis.
Is it possible?
Thanks
