Automatic starting and stoping INFORMIX

Hi, I have SmartUPS which is able to start and shutdown system automatically. I would like to automatically start and stop INFORMIX when SmartUPS start and stop system. How can I do this on following platforms SCO ODT5.0, AIX3.2.5 and AIX 4.2. I am using Informix OnLine 5.3 and Informix OnLine 7.2. Thanks in advance, Zeljan e-mail:zeljan@laus.hr
