CISAM 7.2 - library bug

Hi,
We just got CISAM 7.2 installed on SGI's IRIX 6.4 - I have
not been able to get a simple program to link successfully.
I get a few unresolved symbols - the same program links fine with
version 5 of CISAM.
If we try compiling a program
#include <stdio.h>
#include <isam.h>
main()
{
char full_dbname[132], res_string[100];
strcpy(full_dbname,"x.db") ;
getfileid (full_dbname,res_string) ;
}
Compiling this program
$ abicc x.c /usr/lib/libisam.a
ld: ERROR 33: Unresolved text symbol "stat" -- 1st referenced by
/usr/lib/libisam.a(issupp.o).
ld: ERROR 33: Unresolved data symbol "__us_rsthread_stdio" -- 1st
referenced by /usr/lib/libisam.a(glsextsa.o).
ld: ERROR 33: Unresolved text symbol "__semgetc" -- 1st referenced by
/usr/lib/libisam.a(glsextsa.o).
This program compiles just fine with CISAM 5.
Any idea if there is a patch/workaround for this ??
Thanks in advance for any help
Regards,
Venkatesh
