Where in my post did I say it was Microsoft SALES that set me up with the long technical database call to Redmond? It wasn't. I do not talk to sales people for long, I pass them off to other people who like that kind of "soft" talk.... "soft" talk doesn't keep servers, databases, applications up 24x7. Simply put ... the fact was, for rather obvious reasons, not common knowledge at Microsoft and not in their best interests to acknowledge. I am aware of quite a few other companies use competitor's software that, for similar reasons, they don't prefer to discuss. -- Daniel A.
