Should be bloody simple. Assuming someone involved
possesses even low level DBA skills and access as a
DBA to the server housing the database you should be
able to write a SQL statement to do something similar
to the following based on Informix RDBMS and version
you are using;
UNLOAD to "FILENAME" SELECT * FROM TABLENAME WHERE1=1;
Given multiple tables within the database this will
create a Pipe Delimited file named "FILENAME".
Suggest you make the filename equal something like
TABNAME.YYYYMMDD
To quote the clown "RTFM". Ok so that was nicer than
what the clown would say but you get the point. If
