Logical Recovery Failure 7.24/HPUX10.20

Engine Initialization Problem HPUX 10.20 IDS 7.24.UC4X3 I am experiencing a problem during logical recovery stage of engine initializisation, see online log snip-it below. Has anyone any ideas how I can resolve this issue without going to backups. I have used 'tbzero' (an Informix support tool) previously on earlier versions.
