Are they all filling to the current value of LOGSIZE in the ONCONFIG
file? Create a new set of logfiles all the same desireable size and
drop the old ones (after an archive level 0 of course). Alternatively
reset LOGSIZE to the size of the largest current log file.
I know that IDS supports logfiles of different sizes but I've never
understood any good reason to take advantage of that one. Was it to
use up the empty corners of some devices/filesystems that were
otherwise nearly used up? Your logs should really be on a dedicated
set of drives and controllers from your data disks and filesystems
anyway for peak performance.
