onstat -u output

Hi , Does any one know what "# of maximum concurrent users" mean at the (last line) end of onstat -u output ? There is no USERTHREADS parameter in our onconfig file (like the book says). We have 7.13 UC2 on solaris 2.4. Thanks. Keith
