Informix Backup with Omniback 3.1

We restore our Informix 7.31 database with Omniback 3.1. What is the right way to do full backups every night. When configuring Informix backup to Omniback, you must choose several options. Omniback manual says that "to select a whole system backup, click Backup all DbSpaces and then click Backup whole database" Those selection starts backup with "onbar -b -L0 -w" When I unselect a whole system backup, backup starts with "onbar -b -L0" What is the difference between those selections when restoring the database?
