I have Onine 7.11UC1 with Solaris 2.4 on sparc 20's with DR working.
Well yesterday I noticed that my bufreads and the isamtotals from a
onstat -p were negative numbers. After speaking with Informix theythought it was because the number had grown too large and changed the
first bit (I don't remember if that's the most or the least significant
bit, I guess I'm getting old), hence the changing from positive to
negative. Well we went on and did a onstat -z (on the primary) to zero
out the counters. Yeah it zeroed them out allright... it crashed both
of my engines (primary and secondary) with an assert failed. I was able
to bring them back online in a couple of minutes, but has somebody seen
this before?
