Continuous Logical Log Restore

If a have (stand by) Informix server where periodically do continuous
logical log restore (ontape -l -C), and server get down for some reason
(power off, Informix crash ...), I wonder can I bring server back from
Off-line to "Fast recovery" again, or even "On-line" mode ... oninit
won't work, and if this happened, I must do level0 restore (ontape -p)
from beginning ...
You can start the instance in physical recovery mode: "oninit -PHY" then
proceed with CLR.

You should be able to restart the instance with the undocumented '-r' or
recovery flag. This is how ontape starts it during a physical restore.
