Hi You need a ODBC driver like Intersolv, SCO Vision SQL Retriever, Openlink. With the Intersolv driver you also need a product from Informix, INET or ISTAR. All this works with Online, but I am not shure about the SE engine. Look at www.intersolv.com www.vision.sco.com www.openlinksw.com. Trail copies are avalible for download. You also might have problems for the older 16Bit drivers. Most of the new drivers are only available for Win95/Nt Hope it helps Hannes Lancaster Insurance <lancaster@dial.pipex.com> wrote in article <5htcv0$7j4@bore.pipex.net>... > Can anybody tell me exactly what I need to be able to query an > INFORMIX SEv5 database on a SCO OpenServer UNIX machine, > from MSWindows application. i.e Excel, Word, Access > I've heard various reports from various companies saying that 'it is > possible' and that 'it isnt possible'.
