In article <40pntl$o1n$1@mhade.production.compuserve.com>, 100561.2233@CompuServe.COM says... >Need help badly, I am trying to connect a large C-ISAM 5 database >which resides on a Unix server to multiple MSWindows PC's over a >LAN. >Unfortunately, I cannot find any ODBC drivers for any versions of >C-ISAM, so I wondered if anybody else knows of one/has any ideas >or suggestions? The standard way to do this is to obtain Informix SE and I-Net for the host (OnLine will not work, it must be SE), and I-Net and the Intersolv ODBC drivers for Informix. With this combination you can treat a C-ISAM file just like an Informix SE database. There are other solutions, however we haven't seen any that are ready for production use yet. ___________________________________________________________________________ Troy Rollo Technical Director troy@sycomp.com.au Sycomp Pty Ltd troy@corvu.com.au CorVu Pty Ltd
