accounting and killing turbos

I'm trying to get IOs and CPU for a transaction. I did not found anything in Informix. So I have tried to use getrusage system call. On Dec Ultrix, this call works only at the end of the turbos process. And turbo process dies only after their parent process. I have tried to close the Database too. So I have to kill turbo process. Does anybody have a better solution to get statistics from Informix ? Does anybody have a clean solution to kill a turbo process without damaging the database integrity ? Thanks for any advice.
