how to save the removed chunks by mistake

Someone want to drop a dbspace and remove the chunk file by mistake.
Server can not restart owing to the down chunk.
Can not drop dbspace or chunk by 'onspaces' or 'onmonitor'.
Any way to solve this problem ?
Call IBM and open a support case. They can log into your system and
manually remove the chunk.
