With Informix Products you can do it only by installing Unix (SCO Unix is one option) on the PC. They did have a Windows based 4GL, but I wouldn't thouch that. They don't maintain it any longer, and may not even sell it to new accounts at least. Another option is to convert your application to NewEra.
