Hi Bill, You asked about quality checking of data input by your case workers. We are a long way from developing these procedures. Ask me again in a year. You are right to ask us this question. We will undoubtedly have the same issue as our case workers come up to speed with the new methods. Data quality has not been considered so far and will be part of the implementation/opeartions plan. This is part of the project that interests me personally. I am always interested in the point at which the humans and technology come into direct contact.
