Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or a related technology field ; 2. Minimum 3-5 years in-depth, in the trench, hands-on Informix Database Administrator experience required; would consider in-depth DB2 experience in lieu of Informix background; 3. Prior Project Management experience a plus; 4. Ability to provide good direction and work with minimal supervision; 5. Proven strong knowledge of UNIX required; 6. C programming experience, especially structured, required; 7. Willing to wear a pager and be on call to provide support; 8. Exposure to TCP/IP protocol desired; 9. Platinum reporting a plus; 10. US work authorization required; 11. Good interpersonal, communication and team oriented skills; and 12. Willing to commit at least 2-3 years to employer. Provide quality database services by assisting with creating and defining SQL database tables in a timely manner adhering to established departmental standards and procedures; 2. Ensure data is protected according to departmental standards and procedures which includes that data is available either on-line or backed up and retrievable in a timely manner from tape catalogs; and 6.
