The default lock mode for the Online 5.XX engine is
page locking. You can find the lock mode of any table
by issuing the "tbcheck -pt database_name:table_name"
command. The lock mode is on the third line.
If you want info on the indexes which are on
that table too, change the -pt to -pT
Be forewarned, if the table is large, this cmd takes a while.
If you want to change the lock mode which the database is
online, just get into the table alter screen of dbaccess
and choose the Table_options option. Otherwise you can add
the lock mode to the "create table" sql command file so that
it is set when you create the table. I hope this helps!
