cdrtime

What circumstances (if any) would allow for a row insert/update to procede without causing the cdrtime to change? I was a bit surprised to find that cdrtime is maintained even with ER turned off. I hope to use this field for an integration effort but want to make sure that it will ba a reliable change detector. Thanks! -Brian IDS 11.5.FC6
