Using secure audit

Has anyone used the OnLine secure audit to track the amount of time each user accessed the database and then charged the user for the respective length of time? One of our clients -- we're a distributor for Informix -- is planning to do this with OnLine 7.1. Naturally, they'd like case studies of organisations that have used the secure audit for the same purpose.
