9.30 upgrade: 9.40 or 10?

(Currently on 9.30HC5, HPUX 11i platform, mainly OLTP, some DS; mostly i4GL, some java-in-engine). PPA shows both 9.40 & 10.0 have no EOM or EOS dates listed. Which should we choose and why? Ta Malc (abdicating responsibility to the collective list wisdom)

Well as 9.30 went EOS (old CAT4) in April it's fairly urgent but there'll be about 3 months of testing, integration with about 1200 4ge's and user acceptance testing. What with the inevitable code re-writes to accommodate the new libraries, we're probably looking at May at the earliest.
