Unix System Performance

Hi all: I'm very interested in UNIX System based on RISC Platform. Can any help me with information about experiences on this equipments (i.e. HP 9000 Serie 800, RS 6000 Model 550, ..)? I need answers for the following aspects: - Hardware configuration (RAM, Disk, terminals, others periphericals) - BDMS (Informix?), aplications and the aplications performance. - Other information about performance and workload of the system.
