informixdb (Python) revived

For those that might be interested in using Python to connect with Informix, Carsten Haese has taken over the informixdb module maintenance. Here's a blurb from him about it: "I needed to get the informixdb module to work with Python 2.x, and had difficulty compiling it. I fixed the build issues, and when I wanted to share the result with the community, I found the maintainer had disappeared, so I adopted the project.
