ODS 6.00 vs IDS 7.30 - COUNT(*) incompatible?

Hi All! While migrating from 6.00 to 7.30 I've encountered a serious problem: 1. I'm developing my program in Borland Delphi 3.02 with Informix. 2. When my program works with ODS 6.00 it treat COUNT(*) expression as TIntegerField. But when the SAME program (either Delphi itself) works with IDS 7.30 it treats the SAME expression as TFloatField. 3. I'm using I-Connect 7.23 and 9.14 versions. But result is the same. Due to this problem my software are incompatible with different Informix server versions. Where is the problem? And could I fix this by setting appropriate environment variables in SETNET32?
