New ONCONFIG Parameters

We have Informix 7.30 UC3-1 installed and running on an RS6000 under AIX 4.3. The new ONCONFIG.STD file contains several new parameters that are not documented in the 7.3 Administrators Guide. Can someone please tell me what CDR_LOGBUFFERS, CDR_EVALTHREADS, CDR_DSLOCKWAIT, CDR_QUEUEMEM, TBLSPACE_STATS, and RESTARTABLE_RESTORE do? To what possible values can they be set? Where are they documented? Thanks.
