IUS+ WebDB text type select problem

Hi. I have a trouble when try to show a selection from the table witch have TEXT column type: no cast from text to lvarchar. It is happened that someone know the workaround for that problem??? With IDS and UWC I can do it, but in case of universal server can't. Thanks in advance, Serge.
