Help needed (assert failures, segemntation violations,..)

Hello to all,
we do have serious problems (as outlined below) and really require some
help on this.
I would be more than happy if anybody could point me the way how
to get around this.
All relevant information is provided below. If additinal input is
required
I will be happy to provide it.
The error only occurs randomly under a certain load in terms of hit
frequency.
