These are the last few lines of the oninit -v command. There is on reference
to database partion in any of the manuals. Any one has any ideas ?

Forking btree cleaner...succeeded
Initializing DBSPACETEMP list
Checking database partition index...FAILED

You probably shouldn't have forked the btree cleaner so hard.
