RE: HDR Sync/Async mode

We usually use Async for performance reasons. We also had a problem/bug with sync HDR in 7.31.UCx where the sync HDR could cause the primary server to hang if it cannot write to the secondary server. This might be resolved now, but Async is suitable enough for our needs.
