Why would you want to? You're asking the wrong question. You have made assumptions about how to solve a problem and now you're addressing possible technical challenges to that problem. We already have this exact thing traffic-flow-mapping the whole of the UK (which has a much higher car density) JUST using TS + RTL - on commodity kit.
