They are : much improved, with a better lay out and they cover many things left ^^^ I have to disagree with Jim. I have manual sets for both version 4.00 and version 4.1/5.0 . It seems Informix really wanted to save money on these. I really loved the binder-type manuals that came with the earlier versions. The manuals I got with 4.1 were paperback-type. Did you ever try to type code while having one of the pages open? You need a brick to sit on the book. Also, there are no external tabs for the chapters so you have to flip through each manual to find the correct chapter.
