While there are and will be DB2 centric announcements and improvements, where we see anything trumpted concerning IDS, it will be in the form of something that is usually for both DB2 and IDS. What new feature of IDS got major PR that wasn't also a DB2 feature? What major customer win that was IDS centric was last announced? DB2? And thats the point. We're seeing the IIUG pump out positive PR. Not IBM. No disrespect but the IIUG isn't IBM although you could argue that they are the most cost effective marketing arm IBM could buy. :-) So where is IBM? Hiding and not visibly pushing IDS. But hey! What do I know? I'm not at IOD listening to IBM marketing/sales/tech critters tell you what you want to hear. ;-) C'mon people, grow a set and ask the tough questions! -G _________________________________________________________________ Store, manage and share up to 5GB with Windows Live SkyDrive. http://skydrive.live.com/welcome.aspx?provision=1?ocid=TXT_TAGLM_WL_skydrive_102008
