Error 7530 - Missing Procedure
Good Morning, IDS 11.50.FC5 AIX 5.3 In one of my prod instances, I see the following error messages in the online.log after a logical log is backed up: 07:44:26 SCHAPI: Error -7530 Missing parenthesis in the signature specified for user-defined routine lookup 07:44:26 SCHAPI: Type: TASK, Name: post_alarm_message, Location: NULL. 07:44:26 SCHAPI: Type: TASK, Name: post_alarm_message, Error Message: Unable to find function[ procedure ph_dbs_alert ] . I know that rebuilding sysadmin would resolve this however we are using compression and I would not want to lose my compression dictionaries. Is it legal to grab the function from a like instance and create it here or is there a better way to resolve the issue? Thanx, Dan
Hello. Don´t worry, your compression dictionaries are not in you sysadmin database ;) The sysadmin:mon_compression_estimates records strores the results of the AUS Estimator task, not the dicts.
