IDS shutting down by itself

This question relates to a Windows 2008 server running IDS 11.70.TC1IE . I keep getting this message every Monday morning (and other days sometimes) at about the same time in the IDS log: “ 04:33:07 Service was shut-down externally. “ And then someone from that company has to come in early and restart IDS . Their IT staff disavows anything of theirs doing this. I have turned off the automatic Auto Update Statistics stuff, but this one continues. Any ideas on what to it could be?
