The "Installation Guide" for IDS on Unix (Version 7.3) says: To transfer the software from the media to the current directory, enter the appropriate cpio, tar or other load command listed on the "Load Line" on the serial-number keycard. And the "Load Line" on my IDS CD (Version 7.3) says: See Installation Instructions. Very good indeed! Informix's left hand does not know what its right hand is doing. Alanoly J. Uhmm, Please don't talk about using the left hand around Obnoxio the clown. Especially when he's inciting Tim to rip on Informix. I know that somewhere deep in his mind, there's a joke about Informix's marketing and their left hands... -Mikey Alanoly Andrews wrote: > The "Installation Guide" for IDS on Unix (Version 7.3) says: > To transfer the software from the media to the current directory, enter > the appropriate > cpio, tar or other load command listed on the "Load Line" on the > serial-number keycard. > > And the "Load Line" on my IDS CD (Version 7.3) says: > See Installation Instructions. > > Very good indeed!
