IDS9.4 Performance Issue

Hi, I've recently upgraded from IDS7.31 to IDS9.4 and have noticed that some queries run faster and some are actually slower. One query is 2x slower on 9.40 as compared to 7.31, which appears to be caused by a different more costly query path in IDS9.4. Other queries are about 10% - 30 % slower on 9.40 as compared to 7.31 but the query paths are the same between versions. So far I've tested changing PDQ, buffers, SHMVIRTSIZE, RA_PAGES and OPTCOMPIND. Has anyone had a similar problem? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you, Tony
