dbimport problem when i import data
Hi,
I have problem when i am import the data from export file it gives an error.
*** put loadcur
23103 - Code-set conversion function failed due to illegal sequence or invalid
value.
===========================================================================
I am using Informix 11.70 TC1IE version & Windows 2003 Server.
I install Informix 11.70 on C drive & this path C:\\\\Program
Files\\\\IBM\\\\Informix\\\\11.70 & instance name is ol_informix1170 & create a new
dbspace dbs1 on C:\\\\dbspace\\\\dbs1 &
also i am create a new instance ol_rms using Server Instance Manager on
C:\\\\IFMXDATA\\\\ol_rms
& create a new dbspace trail on C:\\\\dbspace\\\\trail.
I store the consumer.exp folder on C drive & path is C:\\\\export

When i run dbimport consumer -d dbs1 -i C:\\\\export this command on
ol_informix1170 instance, it import data successfully but
When i run dbimport consumer -d trail -i C:\\\\export this command on ol_rms
instance, it gives the error

Could you have export the data from a database with locale_1
and importing into a database with locale_2. Simply put did
the export and import both utilize the same locale?
