cascading deletes in OnLine 6

Can anyone tell me how, in OnLine 6, cascading deletes (and updates ?) are specified as part of a constraintdefinition in a CREATE TABLE (and perhaps also ALTER TABLE) instruction. I'm interested in the EXACT syntax. Many thanks on beforehand.
