FW: Issue in connecting to MMI DB

Has anyone had issues with the Truncate command in this version? And yes I know that upgrading would probably need to be performed. OS Level: SunOS 5.10 Generic_139555-08 sun4v sparc SUNW,T5240 IDS Version: 10.00.UC6 This is concerning an Assert Failure while using the TRUNCATE TABLE command. We use to request that applications drop and re-create their tables for mass deleting of data. This was faster than using the delete statement, but now the Truncate command is available for use. From the application team: Hi Team, We are not able to connect to Production MMI database, We were implementing a production change, where we truncated a table hmmitlmprd_mds we were in the middle of loading the data and the connection failed. We are receiving error when trying to connect "908: Attempt to connect to database server (mmi_tcp) failed."
