Script to find indexes used

Does anybody have a routine to see if indexes on a table are used or has been ever used? Thanks Paul Mitsuuchi
Look at the sysmaster:sysptprof table. If the index's partnum has about equal reads and writes then it is likely not being accessed extensively except to maintain it against key changes and row inserts and deletes. If the reads are significantly higher than writes that is a good clue that the index is indeed being used by queries. Remember to allow for the IOs necessary for periodic UPDATE STATISTICS runs and also remember to check that the index you are about to drop wasn't added to make that one monthly or annual report run in a reasonable time.
