How to create a new dba and user account

Hi, I am having trouble on accessing from a window 95 client to a database that I have created on an IDS residing on a LINUX server. I have installed the enterprise command center utility that I have downloaded from the informix web site. Whenever I wish to connect to the database that I have created on the IDS, a set of prompt for username and password is displayed. Well, funny enough, I don't know or not aware of any username or password that I have created using IDS. During installation of IDS, I did not receive any prompt for admin username and password. The only username that I have created before installation of the IDS was the informix username (operating system level). I have tried to use this username and password, but no success.
