Hi, What is the difference between the Tablespace Tablespace bit-map page and the Dbspace bit map page ? Is it that the Tblspc.Tblspc. bit map page is only for the pages containing the Tblspc.Tblspc and the DBspc. bit map page for the free pages containing data ? When i look into the oncheck -pT output , which shows a certain number of bit map pages for the tablespace. So if the usage of the tablespace (NOT Tblspc.Tblspc) is described in the Tblspc.Tblspc. bit map page , then what does the Dbspace bit map page contain. The manuals are not very clear on this.I know i am missing something here. Could someone explain. TIA Sathish Sadagopan
