This can be determined from the partnum with non-fragmented tables. With
fragmented tables, this can be determined from the partnum of the fragment. If
the hex value of the partition is printed as an eight interger value, then the
first three digits is the dbs number that the table is in. Therefor, if the
hex value of the table's partnum is 0x002000f4, then the dbs num would be
0x002, or simply 2. So by dividing the partition number 2^(number of bits to
the left of the 2) (i.e. partnum /(2**20)) or (partnum / 1048576) then the
non-decimal part is the dbs num.
However, it's really easier to examine the output of oncheck -pe.
