Nasty 7.30.UC5-1 bug.

We have just upgraded a customer to 7.30.UC5-1 on Solaris and found that the sum function does not work:- create table t1 (c1 decimal(5,2)); insert into t1 values (999.99); -- Repeat 10 times. select sum(c1) from t1; gives -1226 saying the value exceed numeric precision. Basically the result does not fix in a decimal(5,2) hence it overflows. This is fixed in 7.30.UC8, however 7.31 is due out next week. How stable is 7.31?? Are good noises coming out of Informix about it? Which would you go for UC8 or 7.31? I'm tempted to say 7.31 since it is the newest version and should have the most fixes in it...
