Connection problem

I am trying to connect to my Informix box with Space Manager (I have Informix OnLine Workgroup Server on a NT4.0 SP2 box). I get an error message saying I can't connect to <server>. Now I can connect with the Database Manager. I have no clue to where to look to try and correct this problem. I know this is not much info and I will gladly supply any additional information. Thanks for the help. Jeff
