Are you running update stats LOW? We had an issue concerning update stats when we converted (many years ago) to 7.12/7.13. We ran update stats medium (distributions only) on the table and update stats high on the index headers. 7.x seems quite dependent on the update stats info. John Carlson Informix DBA WH Smith, Inc.
