Reduction in the Quality of Informix Support - Developments

IBM UK have reversed their decision to disallow direct access to IBM support engineers. We have today been informed by Barbara Stanley (IBM UK) that Informix partners who have bought Informix support contracts through OpenPSL will continue to be able to communicate directly with the IBM support team until July 1st, by which time the plan is to have trained OpenPSL to be able to provide the support themselves. Please let me know directly if anyone finds that this is not the case.
