How to do an I-Net connection without an unix account?

Hello all: I would like to be able to connect a lot of windows clients (Win95, Win3.1) to an unix box without an account (user and password) defined for each one in the unix side. I wouldn't like to have a unique user for all my clients. I read in the documentation the ability to enable/disable security features in both sides (remote and server). I applied without any successful result. I'm getting the -951 error from ILOGIN. Is possible to do what I'm trying to do?
